To qualify, applicants must:
Not own another property at the point of completion. Existing homeowners may still qualify provided their current property is sold before completion of the DFS home.
Purchase the property as their main residence. The home cannot be rented out and must be sold if the owner decides to move.
Have a combined household income of less than £80,000 per year.
Demonstrate a local connection to the area.
